BNICE OVERVIEW Overview...
Colorado BNICE Training Center Mission:

The Colorado BNICE Training Center is currently conducting Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) training and exercises that focus on awareness, operations, detection, and mass casualty decontamination in the field and clinical environments.

Rita Bass Trauma & EMS Education Institute

Classes are free and will be conducted throughout the State of Colorado and on the Denver Health Medical Center campus at the Rita Bass Trauma and EMS Education Institute.

Course Locations
Denver metro courses will be held at the Rita Bass Trauma and EMS Education Institute (see map), located on the Denver Health Medical Center campus.

Colorado BNICE Training Center Instructors
The Colorado BNICE Training Center employs a pool of experienced instructors including physicians located within the Denver Health Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine, the military (U.S. Northern Command), public health and infectious disease experts, and those medical personnel who participated in the Nunn-Lugar-Dominici Domestic Preparedness Program, TOPOFF-2000, and other large-scale emergency preparedness exercises in Denver.
Continuing Education and Certificates of Completion
Continuing education credits for physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and dentists that attend the BNICE-WMD Clinical Care Course will be eligible to receive continuing education through the Colorado BNICE Training Center in cooperation with the Medical Education Collaborative.
